You should contact us in the first instance by submitting a support ticket to our Support Desk, this enables the automatic logging and tracking of your issue.

Please ensure that in the content of your message you provide as much detail as possible to enable us to look into your complaint thoroughly.

Please also ensure that we have your full contact information including a telephone number where we can reach you during the day time if possible. Once we receive your support ticket you will recieve a tracking number by return.
