D9 have been my hosting provider since 2008, and I wouldn't dream of using anyone else for hosting.

This is for many reasons, including uptime and reliability, but it's the swiftness and efficiency of their support staff which is most impressive - there is usually someone available on live chat to answer and solve any queries you may have, and any support tickets I have submitted over the years have always been actioned within minutes.

The interface is very user friendly and intuitive (unlike many I have seen when working with my clients other hosting accounts!), which is great if you're just starting out online.

All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending D9 to anyone, and always do recommend them when I'm asked about hosting solutions.

If you've ever dealt with a company that has an overseas help desk run by students who send out standard replies that don't answer your questions you'll know why I recommend using D9 Hosting instead.
