It can be a tricky thing to follow recommendations especially when it comes to business related decisions. So, about a year ago I followed the advise of a friend and signed-up with GoDaddy to host my first website. Well, suffice it to say, I had a tough time to get anything worked out even with the best intentions and most sophisticated ftp client. The Internet world was not a friendly one as far as I was concerned. Somehow the hosting company had singled me out and was determined to make my journey a rocky one.

Then I signed up with John Thornhill's Masterclass and he urged us to choose D9 as our hosting company. Due to the fact that I still had not resolved my hosting issues with GoDaddy, I gladly signed up with D9 Hosting. There had to be a better way to figure this Internet stuff out, this much I knew!

From the very beginning, my experience was a good one: the ftp client worked, I had all of my log-in info and the sun started to shine (figuratively speaking) all day long on my blog. The Internet world had turned into a friendly place in which I actually managed to figure things out without an up-hill battle. So then of course, last week I decided to transfer my other website over to D9 Hosting, and without a doubt, this was the most marvelous experience all the way around.

Paula Brett (the incredible author of Operation eBook) and Dan Thompson are kind, patience and extremely knowledgeable. Believe me when I say, that the transfer was not an easy one! Like I said before, GoDaddy made sure we encountered a few boulders along the path destined to eventually lead me to freedom. Paula and Dan plowed through it all with ease and within a very short period of time, my hosting challenges had been put to rest. What astounded me most, was the fact that I received replies when you would expect them to be sleeping. Since I am located in the US and they are in the UK, we had an 8 hour time difference to overcome.

Additionally, you can host as many domains/websites as you wish on one account at no extra charge and they transfer existing domains from another hosting company for free - beat that! The service is simply outstanding, and for my own part, I will host my domains with them ... well, until the end.

Although you may feel that your current hosting company is doing a pretty fine job, I would still recommend for you to switch. It's like drinking a bottle of wine ... there is good wine and then there is excellent wine, and D9 Hosting is definitely a company of excellence!

To all those who are anticipating just another web hosting service, well, it is difficult to put into words what wonderful experiences I just had in both getting a new website built and transferring another website from somewhere else.

As you can see by my picture I could care less about the tech things one "should" learn, and the folks at D9 are really tops with tact, explaining necessary things and reasons, giving directions to the clueless (me!), having patience, being prompt -- well, I cannot say enough good about these folks. 

Another very important detail, they do not overload you with superfluous information in the process, being intelligent enough to anticipate your needs. They will also take time to give you needed confidence in a field that can be quite daunting, especially in the beginning stages. This is truly the place to fulfill your website dreams. 

The D9 company is tops in what they do; as they say in internet-eez, experiencing massive success!

After 3 previous Hosting accounts proved unsatisfactory, I tried D9 and soon realized I'd found what I was looking for.

Whats so special about them? Their reliability? Possibly, I've never experienced ANY downtime yet with them!
The price maybe? Lets just say I've paid a LOT more, and received a LOT less in return!

Or maybe its just the fact that whenever I'm having problems (often with me!) Or am just unsure of something, they're ALWAYS there to answer my questions, show me where I went wrong and calm an easily flustered webmaster! And ALWAYS the same day I contact them!

Having met Dan and Paula on various forums, I thought that I'd go and try out their D9 Hosting service! And boy, am I IMPRESSED!
